Job Description:

In this current job in Securitas as a Security Guard, you shall help in securing the site of their client by giving observation, patrolling about, and taking care of any incident. You will be a member of a reliable squad that will contribute to organizing order and calm among the organizations and communities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report and observe activities and incidents in assigned places.
• Visit patrol premises on foot or by vehicle; they should do that regularly so as to avoid unauthorized entry to premises and find their problems.
• Enact Laws that touch on access to property, safety, and behavior.
• Check Access: Identify and check IDs, then give or reject access.
• Respond to Storms or other emergencies, like a medical emergency, fire, or alarm, as per the protocol.
• Records must be clear and precise, detailing all activities in the daily activity logs.
• Preservation Evidence Preserves the evidence when an incident happens by locking scenes to investigate.

Job Requirements:

• At least 18 years.
• Need to possess the right to employ in Canada.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal).
• Physically fit: the ability to stand, walk, and sometimes lift to a maximum of 25 pounds.
• Capable of undertaking both background and pre-employment screening.
• Should possess or be qualified to have a valid Quebec Security Guard License (License).
• Good transportation and communication media.
• Reliable in the field, friendly, and effective working under pressure.
