Job Description
As a factory worker, you will work in a modern and fast-moving place. Your main job is to help make and check stone benchtops. This job gives you a chance to join a skilled and helpful team. It is good for people who like using their hands and doing careful work. Safety is very important, and you must follow the rules. You do not need to have done this before, as full training will be given. If you are on time, work hard, and want to learn, this job is right for you.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate hand-held and automated tools used in stone manufacturing
- Conduct visual and hands-on quality checks on finished products
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure workplace safety
- Assist with manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stone pieces
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
- Rotate between tasks to support multiple areas of production
- Keep the work area clean and hazard-free
